I don't know her (or is she from DoA3 because it's the only Hitomi I recall XD) but the drawing is very, very good. Shading is nice, altought a bit plastic, but still great. I like how You added the transparency effect.

Wow - this is amazing. I like its cleanliness, but at the same time, the scratches from your pencil and such in the back are refreshing. I'd maybe tone those down a bit, but they're still very nice. You made her look extremely radiant - kudos to that. And you do a lovely job on the hair.

Doesn't really look like her, but it's good work anyway! I have to agree that the "scribbly" parts don't really fit, since the rest of the image is so polished. Other than that it looks great. (She's a member of Morning Musume, a huge pop group in Japan, for those who don't know.)
