Cami: its just a standard apple mouse (i work on a mac). as for how long i spent...um, i didnt time myself, but im guessing about 5-6 hours in total.

Okay, enough of that.

Looks like you've taken a step back and taken a rest from your big piece you posted- back to character sketches. Which isn't bad at all. You say that you've been inspired from Nomura; well I'd say that you're already at his level, which can only be good good good.

The only thing I'd mention would be the fading like SubsistCyber said. Perhaps a stronger fade would go better there, with those sketchy lines carrying through it further (nice addition, by the way), if that makes any sense. The hair highlights might be a bit to strong, but then I noticed that it fits pretty well with how you've highlighted the face, so don't worry about that one.

Very clean .. the only thing that bothers me a bit is the jawline .. it makes painting quite flat .. but great style though

My only issue, the line reinforcing the nose.. I'd say with your crisp colors that the line on the nose is overkill and takes away from the character's feminine side...but that's me what do I know.

A lot of personality in this. The only thing I see that is a bit distracting is that perhaps the line on the jaw to the ear flattens things a little too much...maybe try seeing how the image would look with a line half as long? ...though, strong jawlines are hot, to say the least... ;P and I'd rather see it a bit flattened than nonexistant...still, playing around with it might yield some interesting results.
